With the guidance of Vedic Wisdom, you can transform your health, sharpen your focus and live a life that you can love.  My medial craft is counseled by the planets, guided by the seasons and revealed by the rhythm and patterns of Mother Nature. I am a well-trained, insightful and intuitive, strategic health and lifestyle coach with a passion for ancient healing and divination.

I use all of my superpowers in everything that I do. My integrated approach comes from a background in nursing interwoven with the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda and Jyotisha (Vedic Astrology). Through this lens comes a detailed understanding of healing, longevity, and the knowing that health comes alive when we are flowing in accord with nature's rhythms – awakened to our True Self.

MY LINEAGE

 

My maternal grandmother was a Native American from the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. I was born in the enchanting high desert of Santa Fe, NM and from the beginning the mystery and beauty of nature has been my teacher. At the age of 21, after five months spent in the Himalayas of Nepal, I began a path of self-discovery.
 
I graduated with a Bachelor's in Nursing and a few months later read a textbook on Ayurveda. Within a year I was studying at the feet of two of my most inspirational teachers. Dr. Lad and Penny Farrow. To them, I have deep and profound gratitude for teaching me to understand the healing process through nature's divinity, and strategic divination.

AYURVEDA - PATH OF LONGEVITY

 

For the past decade I have led a successful clinical Ayurveda practice; Agni Ayurveda in Santa Fe, New Mexico. I specialize in Panchakarma cleansing, Ayurveda cuisine, and individualized consultations that optimize radiant health and well-being. My passion for healing is deeply aligned with the divinity of nature's intelligence, as understood by the Vedic sciences. Dedicated to supporting your journey towards optimal health and well-being, I have maintained an education and Ayurveda residency with my teacher Dr. Ramadas and Vaidyagrama Healing Village, in Coimbatore, southern India.

JYOTISHA - VEDIC ASTROLOGY

 THE POWER OF A MOMENT IN TIME

 

The ancient tradition of Jyotisha is based on a teacher-student relationship maturing over time. In 2010 I met my teacher Penny Farrow, whom I tutored with privately for many years, and continue to study with today. Penny revealed to me Jyotisha’s understanding of the patterns of Light, a language that is encoded through the celestial bodies and mirrored across time - a journey of transformation. I offer astrology readings and teach to small groups internationally.
