It’s my mission to help motivated, busy people restore their health and feel real happiness by drawing on ancient wisdom.
As a certified Ayurveda Practitioner, I began guiding people through the process of cleansing in 2013, and accompanying groups through this very personal and transformative process.
I trained in the U.S. under renowned Ayurveda teacher Dr. Vasant Lad. I also trained for 6 months in South India at a traditional panchakarma center where intensive cleansing and rejuvenation programs are conducted. My education is in Nursing and I’ve worked in the healing arts for over 16 years.
I facilitate dynamic group transformation for healing and deeper self-understanding. With the guidance of Vedic Wisdom, you can transform your health, sharpen your focus and live a life that you can love. My medial craft is counseled by the planets, guided by the seasons and revealed by the rhythm and patterns of Mother Nature. I am a well-trained, insightful and intuitive, strategic health and lifestyle coach with a passion for ancient healing and divination.
I use all of my superpowers in everything that I do. My integrated approach comes from a background in nursing interwoven with the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda and Jyotisha (Vedic Astrology). Through this lens comes a detailed understanding of healing, longevity, and the knowing that health comes alive when we are flowing in accord with nature's rhythms – awakened to our True Self.
I have been trained in Jyotisha (Vedic Astrology) since 2009 to fine tune my capacity to perceive the many levels of reality that make up our human experience.
I bring together extensive experience across traditions both Eastern and Western, ancient and modern, to truly attend to the unique needs of each client.
Dreaming about what is possible is one thing. Making it happen is another.
